Industrial Hygienists/Engineers

Indoor Environmental Engineering, is a nationally renowned building science firm seeking full time, entry and mid level, industrial hygienists/engineers to our team of professionals at our office and laboratory in San Francisco, CA. Duties include conducting forensic investigations in buildings with IAQ issues, conducting laboratory tests of air cleaners and material emission rates, developing pro-active healthy building management plans, and preparation of inspection reports and mitigation plans. Forensic field investigations involve collection of data related to reported occupant symptoms, potential sources of contaminants, concentrations of airborne and surface chemical or biological contaminants, building ventilation rates, moisture and water vapor measurements, and space pressurization. As a leader in the field of building science, Indoor Environmental Engineering offers prospective employees the opportunity to participate in exciting private and government sponsored research projects and authorship of peer reviewed scientific journal articles.
